How to Improve Sleep with Magnesium Lotion

Involved in more than 300 metabolic reactions, magnesium is essential to the human body. A deficiency in this mineral can cause a range of health issues, something my patients have personally experienced.

Several years ago, a patient came to see me who had been having difficulty sleeping.
