You can add chocolate to just about any recipe and not feel guilty about it. In this recipe book, I’ve given you easy chocolate recipes for drinks, breakfast, protein balls, and dessert.

 Most of us have heard since childhood that we shouldn’t eat too much chocolate because it can harm our teeth and as we age, it can lead to diabetes, hypertension, and other chronic illnesses. However, it is not the chocolate that causes these health problems.   Tooth decay is caused by going to bed without brushing your teeth, regardless of whether you ate chocolate.
