We will explore the root chakra in greater detail connecting with belief systems around incarnation and connectedness with our physical bodies, earth, families and communities. Participants will learn specific grounding and healing techniques. Specific essential oils and crystal grids will be explored to facilitate new levels of presence and accelerated spiritual development.
